There are few fantastic beasts as elusive and rare as Scotland’s Wild Haggis (taigeis in Scottish Gaelic). Known to roam the Scottish moors in dwindling numbers since the Highland Clearances of the 18th and 19th centuries, this curiosity is rumored to have legs that are shorter on one side than on the other. This allows the creature to move swiftly along the sloped crags of its homeland. Sadly, though, this same adaptation makes it impossible for the beast to turn around.

All of our jerky is made in the U.S.A. We never add preservatives, hormones, or MSG (in addition to the small amount naturally occurring in the Tamari Sauce). The jerky is naturally high in protein, low in fat, and gluten free.
